Aggregate Studio is a City of Chicago DPD-Approved Architect for the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF). We have experience with the following types of buildings:

  • New construction multi-family residential housing, both affordable and market-rate
  • Renovations of multi-family residential buildings, including those with historic preservation requirements
  • Single-family / 2-flat / 3-flat new construction and renovation
