• Is it new construction, adaptive reuse of a building, a renovation?
• Type of project – is it multi-family housing, single-family, adding an ADU, or a civic space?
• Your goals for the project – these can be functional and aesthetic goals.
• If an existing building, what type of building is it? Masonry 2-flat, Framed Workers Cottage, larger courtyard building? This does not need to be exact, but will give us an idea of what the building via construction and when it was built.
• Budget, if you have a number in mind, please share it.
• Anticipated Timeline for the project, if applicable. For example, when you’d ideally want the construction completed.
